We are pleased at PME to be associated with PNG Tennis as they are also focused on junior development, sports, whether team-based or individual, are a great activity for children that provide a variety of benefits other than physical fitness. Participation in sports helps build self-esteem, confidence, and can motivate children to excel academically and build social skills. Participation also can teach children the benefits of goal-setting and perseverance. Physical activity is vital for a child’s development and lays the foundation for a healthy and active life.
